With laser focus, I work with you to quickly get to the core of the issue. We then unpack what’s not working for you, clear away any obstacles (real & perceived) and create new empowering strategies so you can move forward wth clarity, confidence and a strong game plan!

 She Rises : Spring Edition

She Rises is an immersive experience for wāhine where you will: 

• Gently release any self doubt, exhaustion or stored tension of the past season

• Activate the CONFIDENCE and CLARITY that is already within you 

• Deeply connect with your intuition & soul led guidance 

• Through gentle movement, powerful mindset work and guided manifestation, you'll leave feeling grounded, inspired and ready to make this next season your most purposeful one yet.
